Support for DELTA, Army+, Reserve+ and the digital transformation of the defense sector

The project is aimed at supporting the digital transformation of Ukraine’s defense sector and strengthening its institutional capacity.

The initiative envisages the development and implementation of secure, modern, and interoperable digital systems that enhance the effectiveness of defense forces management.

BRDO is responsible for the development and improvement of key digital platforms — DELTA, Army+, and Reserve+ — as well as for providing expert, technical, and legal support to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The initiative strengthens cybersecurity and data governance standards and lays the foundation for a unified digital defense ecosystem of Ukraine.

The work includes the preparation of technical documentation, system testing, and the handover of systems to the state with full intellectual property rights.
