A tax section of the free “Entrepreneur’s Assistant” portal on the state platform inspections.gov.ua will be presented on Tuesday, December 22, at 11:00 AM in the Ukraine Crisis Media Center (UCMC) (Khreshchatyk St., 2). Thanks to the new functions, entrepreneurs will be able to get full information on what to do before, during, and after-tax inspections.

What’s this module all about? Ukrainian entrepreneurs are often anxiously awaiting tax inspections. Small businesses do not always have the opportunity to take advantage of qualified legal advice before, during, and after inspections. That is why the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) and the Vasil Kisil&Partners law firm prepared a separate block of explanations on tax inspections and developed step-by-step instructions for successful tax inspections.
Who will benefit from the module? All entrepreneurs who face tax inspections and want to know how to prepare and successfully survive such inspections.
The “Entrepreneur’s Assistant” is a tool on the Inspection Portal developed by the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) in cooperation with the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine with the support of the USAID Ukraine Competitive Economy Program. The portal is designed to simplify the preparation of entrepreneurs for inspections. By using the “Entrepreneur’s Assistant”, every business owner will be able to learn about future inspections, prepare and be successfully inspected, as well as learn how and where to complain in case of violations by inspectors. The tool (completely free for users) has been operating since mid-June 2020.
