BRDO is actively involved in improving Ukraine's regulatory field. For this systematic analysis of market regulation, as well as uses regulatory tools, the procedure for their application and features.

The result of this work is a list of regulations prepared by the Office's experts independently or in cooperation with other organizations, public authorities, people's deputies, etc.

Analysis of the effectiveness of market regulation

Market regulation analysis (Rolling Review) is a review of market regulation in order to improve its quality (efficiency), in particular:

  • "Cleaning" of the regulatory field;
  • assessment of the quality of market regulation and taking into account the experience of past decisions for designing new regulation;
  • preparation of recommendations for systematic improvement of regulation;
  • practical implementation of interaction between the state, business and society to attract entrepreneurs to the process of self-regulation.
