How Open Data Contributes to Community Development and Reconstruction: Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and DREAM

The Better Regulation Delivery Office BRDO, within the framework of the project “Effective Monitoring of Open Data Legislation Implementation” and with the support of the Open Government Partnership under the Integrity Programme for the Eastern Partnership, funded by the European Union, is organizing an online event — “Open Data Talks: Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and DREAM. How Open Data Contributes to Community Development and Reconstruction.”

The event will take place on 21 November 2025 at 11:00 (Kyiv time) within the Data+ communication platform.

The event agenda includes:

  • Presentation of the Ministry’s plans for developing open data in the reconstruction sector and key updates in the operation of the DREAM digital ecosystem.
  • Overview of how data from the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector (USESCS) and DREAM already help communities plan development and attract funding.
  • Discussion on which datasets are prioritized for publication and what tools are available to the public and businesses.
  • Q&A session with the event participants.
