The amendments to the inspection legislation providing for increased transparency of inspections, reduced burden on honest businesses, and improved process of appealing against illegal actions of inspectors will be presented on Monday, September 28, at 11:00 AM in the Ukraine Crisis Media Center (UCMC) (Khreshchatyk St.,2).
This involves a draft law “On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control)” published by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine and developed by the Ministry of Economy together with BRDO experts and with the participation of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine with the support of the USAID Ukraine Competitive Economy Program.
The updated functioning of the Inspection Portal, a pilot module of a legally provided system for business collecting all the information about state inspections, will also be presented during the event.
