Today, Oleksandr Shelest, IT&Telecom Sector analyst, was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation.
Together with his colleagues, Oleksandr has been researching ICT markets, in particular, dealing with providing broadband access throughout Ukraine, spreading the 4G technology and introducing the 5G. The expert participated in drafting the following Green Papers:
- “Regulation of the software development market”,
- “Regulation of the fixed broadband Internet access market”,
- “Mobile payments market”,
- “How to use the radio frequency resource to provide quality communication in Ukraine?” and others.
In his new position, Oleksandr Shelest will continue to work on these issues. We wish our colleague success at his new post.
