Fines for not updating your data — now online at Reserve+

The Reserve+ app now offers a new service: payment of fines for not updating personal data. No paperwork, no queues, and a 50% discount.

What has changed?

Persons liable for military service who have not updated their information (mobile phone number, address, email) by 16 July 2024 can resolve this issue online. It is no longer necessary to go through the paper procedure or visit the TCRSS in person. After paying the fine, the ‘red stripe’ automatically disappears from the application.

Currently, the service only works for violations related to the failure to update personal data. The option to pay online for other violations will be available later.

How to use the service:

  1. Open the Reserve+ app.
  2. Go to the “Online fines” section and submit an acknowledgment of violation.
  3. Receive a TCRSS decision within three days.
  4. Pay the fine in the app — UAH 8,500 instead of UAH 17,000.

If the fine is paid within 20 days from the date of the decision, a 50% discount applies. After that, the full amount must be paid. If not paid within 40 days, the fine amount is doubled, and the case is referred to the State Enforcement Service.

The launch of the online service was implemented by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine with the support of BRDO.
