Ukraine needs a comprehensive inspection reform! The BRDO Office has developed a draft resolution that provides for the creation of a nationwide IT risk assessment system in all areas of state control over businesses!
What will the state get?
- a powerful analytical system, which for the first time in the history of Ukraine, will allow to approve relevant management decisions related to state control management decisions, will be created;
- accuracy in assessing the risk level of business entities;
- state control bodies will be focused on inspections of the most risky business entities;
- business entities will be provided with an opportunity to assess the burdens of each legal requirement controlled by state as well as evaluate the quality of state inspectors’ performance (from1 to 10 points in two categories: ” professional competence ” and “integrity”) based on the results of each of their inspections;
- consumers of goods (services) will be provided with information on the risk level of a particular producer (seller) of goods (services).
We call on the Cabinet of Ministers to approve the draft resolution developed by the BRDO Office together with the Ministry of Economic Development at the next meeting! The inspection reform is a necessary step towards an effective service state.
