National Council for reforms: systemic vision of deregulation reform created in 2015

The main result of 2015 is the creation of a systemic vision of the deregulation reform, the “effective regulation” concept and as a result – the setting up of the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO). The deregulation reform project manager of the National Council for reforms Dmyto Romanovych writes in the article “Year in review: Deregulation”.

“Now we are actively developing the Better Regulation Delivery Office. All or almost all organizational and methodological aspects of its work will be approved by the end of the year. In addition, we can see the first results in the form of regulatory acts,” Mr.Romanovych said.

He made a point of the constructive cooperation between the relevant department of the Ministry, the BRDO, the project office of the National Council for reforms and the State Regulatory Service. He also assured that the Deregulation Plan would be implemented by 60% by the end of the year.
