Project objective​

The goal of the project is to improve the functionality of the Pilot Module of the Integrated Automated System of State Supervision (Control) (IAS) to ensure increased transparency and efficiency of state supervision (control) measures.

Project description

The project involved the technical improvement  of the pilot module of the IAS with additional functionality, development of a package of technical documentation, and implementation of the system.

During the execution of the technical part of the project, the following was carried out:

1. Improvement  of the pilot module of the IAS, including functionality for:

  • Approval of an annual plan and project of an annual plan of inspections. 
  • Approval of a comprehensive plan of inspections.
  • Synchronization of the projects of an annual and comprehensive plan of inspections.
  • Input of information on results of planned/unplanned inspections.
  • Generation of reports.
  • Uploading of attached files.
  • Submission of complaints by individuals/legal entities.
  • Receipt of system notifications, etc.
  • Development of a complete package of technical documentation for the system: improved  technical task, system deployment instructions, user manuals.

2. The implementation of the pilot module of the IAS included:

  • Preparation of a training program for users.
  • Conducting a series of trainings (seminars, webinars) with employees of supervisory bodies.
  • Providing consultation support to users.
  • Publishing informational messages about the functionality of the pilot module of the IAS.

The key results of the project are:

1. The  functionality of the pilot module of the IAS is improved.

2. The  package of technical documentation is complete: technical task, system deployment instructions, user manuals.

3. The training program for users is ready.

4. A series of 10 trainings were conducted with employees of supervisory bodies for over 325 users.

5. Users were provided with consultation support throughout the 6-month project.

6. 24 informational publications regarding the functionality of the pilot module of the IAS were completed and published.
